Terms of Service

TuTiendita Online includes the admin dashboard, the public storefronts generated for each merchant, integrations with messaging tools and APIs for agents or partners. “Customer” means the individual or entity purchasing the service and “Authorized User” any collaborator with granted access.

You must complete the onboarding flow, provide accurate business information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys and webhook secrets. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access so we can revoke tokens and, if needed, restore backups.

Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. We do not charge order commissions; the subscription covers platform usage, hosting and support specified in your tier.

If you add extra stores, on-premise components or custom integrations, they will be quoted in writing and must be approved before we begin work.

Past-due invoices may accrue lawful interest and trigger temporary suspension until payment is received. After 30 days of non-payment we may terminate the account and delete data after providing an export.

You may use TuTiendita Online solely to operate your business in compliance with applicable laws. Uploading illegal, misleading or infringing content—or content that violates marketplace policies—is strictly prohibited.

We may limit or suspend accounts that generate spam, attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, degrade system stability or abuse resources.

Chimera Labs retains all rights to the software, UI, documentation and know-how behind TuTiendita Online. You keep ownership of your catalog, prices, trademarks and any content you upload, granting us a limited license to host and display it in configured channels.

Reverse engineering the platform, cloning the UI to offer a competing service or sublicensing access without consent is prohibited.

We process personal information per our Privacy Policy and implement reasonable security controls. You must limit access to authorized users and comply with applicable privacy regulations (PII, health data, etc.).

Both parties agree to keep confidential information obtained during the business relationship unless disclosure is required by law.

APIs and webhooks are subject to rate limits and may evolve. We may update endpoints, auth methods or quotas with prior notice.

Agents or integrators are responsible for the automations they deploy. Any damage or claim triggered by an agent will be assigned to the merchant who granted access.

TuTiendita Online is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific sales volumes, margins or adoption by AI agents. Our role is to offer modern tools and reasonable support; results depend on your execution.

Chimera Labs’ total liability is limited to the fees paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of reputation or failures by third parties (gateways, messaging providers, external agents).

You may cancel with 30 days written notice. Upon request we provide an export of your catalog and key data. We may terminate accounts for material breach, suspected fraud or if required by law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and complementary policies. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the United States. Disputes will be resolved in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
